Opinionmeter solutions has a variety of
devices to gather feedback, Mini Kiosks, Hand held Devices, Touch
Screen
Computers and an Online module. The choice of devices depends on the
type of Market Research involved.
The hand held devices are excellent for customer research in
the field. Since we have a Windows Mobile version we can install
the firmware on an inexpensive PDA. This device is best for one-on-one
surveying, inside or outside. After the survey is completed the data
will be uploaded to the server for immediate results, This solution is
recommended as an alternative to "clip board surveying", to gather
customer feedback for advertisement agencies,event organizers
or quick polling in
a corporate environment.
The battery operated Mini kiosk is best if mobile customer research is
important. The
device comes off the stand and can easily be moved to another location.
The re-chargeable battery is good for 4 to 6 days and then needs to be
charged overnight. The Mini kiosk is a good choice for organizations
with multiple branches such as Banks, Libraries,Franchises and Local
Government.
The Online Module can be used in two ways, as a link on your web site
or as a private email survey. This is a solution for organizations who
like to understand customers' likes and dislikes, customer satisfaction
or simply want to obtain feedback from staff or students. This solution
can compliment your Surveys on location or for business who seldom or
never meet their customers in person. Private email Surveys are a good
solution for "Exit Interviews" as well.
The Touch Screen solution has the latest technology for on site
surveying. Depending on the set up you can upload data after each
completed survey and analyze the data as they come in. The programme
has multi lingual features, allowing the interviewed to do the survey
in any language, including Asian characters. It also allows to run
multiple surveys simultaneously, eg a survey on parking facilities, one
on retail and one for a special event. Touch Screen technology is a
excellent survey device for banks, government, multiple branched
organizations and tourism. Preferred by those who want to have the best
quality customer research available.
SurveyManager
The SurveyManager is the on line programme to create your Survey and
analyze your customer feedback. There is no expertise needed to design
a survey, it works just as a text editor. Depending on your choice of
devices, there is a variety of options for designing a survey: Multiple
choice, Check all that apply, Open ended questions, Matrix questions
and Multi Lingual questions.
The results are generated in an easy to read format or can be exported to Excel or SPSS.
Some of the many features in SurveyManager are comparing branches,
tracking Customer satisfaction, Cross tabulation and Time filtering.
Reports can be shown in list form or illustrated with a large variety
of high quality graphs.
